Did you feel something pop or did the pain just show up?

Just changed my training to top half then lower. Seemed okay in the gym then next morning couldn't lift my right arm up in the front. 3 weeks on and not trained top half but even doing squats wrecks my shoulder,

It's possible that your front and outer deltoids have gotten stronger than your rear deltoids. The stronger front and outer delts will pull your shoulder forward. That is what has happened to me.The pain was bad.My shoulder would pop when I raised my arm.I stopped doing shoulder press exercises and started concentrating on my rears.Things like sitting on the pec deck backwards and working the rears. Also, putting your arms out to your sides and doing backwards circles. You can do those anywhere. In between sets or at home or work when you have a chance. It took me 3 to 4 weeks for the pain to go away.
