He never responded to any of my PM's either. Sent emails through website and got responses. They weren't immediately but they did get back with me. Wasn't expecting a tracking # just happened to check my email and bam it was there. It didn't update at first so I thought it was a bogus # then tried again later and it worked
How much var did you get? That is what I ordered as well...

Yea that's the only thing I'm concerned about now is the legitimacy. Maybe he's sending tracking numbers to make the customers happy because of his delays in shipping. But what gets me is he's not posting or responding to emails

Okay so tomrws a Holiday obviously so we're all on a short week here shipping wise...I'm giving him until next Saturday then I'm done..looks, sounds & feels like he is too.

I have updated the mods on what is going on... and I have had to order from another source now...
Seems like a scam at this point, since the only response I recieved was "whats wrong? Your order shipped"

Nov. 7 was the last email that was responded to. Originally, overseas stuff was ordered. In light of Trilogy no longer stocking those lines, he said he shipped domestic labelled product in substitution. The lack of board response is concerning, especially with all of these posts stating the same thing. Supposedly pack was sent on the 6th. If it doesn't arrive by the end of the week, then it may not ever...

I just checked my email got a response from him from yesterday saying my 2 orders should be here by Wednesday and he was sorry about delay. That is all he said. I have no idea what to make of it, would love to believe it and hope this really is just temporary issues hes having but I guess only time wil tell.
Apparently he is telling everyone their orders have shipped...
But no one has recieved them yet.

I am same boat except I was told it shipped last week and the week before by tril over email and I have seen nothing.
I have 2 orders in one from Oct 21 and one from Oct 29, the last email I got from him was last Saturday saying he was going to check on them since I hadnt received the orders and get back to me and havent heard anything from him since.
I really dont want to to jump to conclusions because he has always come through before and products are good but....
I see on here other people saying their orders were updated to shipping and that some people have gotten communications from him so obviously he is still taking orders, money and communicating with some people so that makes me nervous
To all those contemplating orders I would wait until we hear from him before making anymore. I should have waited and received first shipment before placing second but I trusted him when he told me eta over email and now here we are.....

New to forum (obviously) Repeat Tril customer...first time I've had any kinda delay w/him, so trying to maintain my patience here...no other option right?
Ordered 10/17...funds collected immediately, still waiting on delivery...everything I ordered was from Tril's "new menu", meaning all international products...obviously there's a problem there however I've made contact w/him & I'm confident he'll deliver.
Definitely not trying to be THAT GUY & ask every single day, but I'm human too & this t/a is undoubtedly testing my patience. But it is what it is...will update if I see my status changed to "shipped" or anything related.

Tril said my first order was supposed to be shipped more than a week ago and was checking on that staus and that my second one was supposed to be here by this Monday. He told me that this past weekend and I have heard nothing since.
My first payment was accepted on Oct 21 and the second one was Oct 29. It seems as though all of you have updated shipping statuses I don't even have that. Hopefully everyone gets their package soon :/
So apparently my pack was shipped...? But the status never updated ..?

Waiting on an order that funded on 10/21. Just got notice that pack shipped yesterday.Trilogy has always tried to maintain a good rep and excellent customer service so this delay was probably due to a glitch. Will post updates.

I understand your suspicion. However, this account was created some time ago in order to view gear pics and gas chromatography results. Besides, a first post has to start somewhere. Point being is that Trilogy has always delivered in the past - figured some optimism would go a long way...
Hopefully everyone will get what they ordered.
Anyone any update on Tril or get packages they have been waiting on? Been waiting on 2 myself one from weeks ago and one from last week, last heard from him over this weekend nothing since.
He has always been legit before this and products are good ,really hoping this is just delay and he will be getting things back on track ......
My order status changed yesterday to shipped! So I should be receiving pack sometime this week. I'll let y'all know
