+ 1 DNP - Can't handle high dosage
DNP cycle as per below - currently about to hit day 7:
Day 1: 250mg (taken first thing AM)
Day 2: 250mg (taken first thing AM)
Day 3: 250mg taken first thing AM and another 250mg taken at around 19:00
Day 4: 500mg taken at around 19:00
Day 5: 250mg taken at around 19:00
Day 6: 250mg taken at around 19:00
Days 7-10: 125mg taken at around 19:00
I absolutely cannot handle anything higher than 250mg.
Day 4 (that night) was completely horrendous and something I never want to experience again.
Haven't weighed myself, but I'm guessing I've lost a few pounds based on appearance alone.
Sides from 1 x 250 mg tablet included profuse (and I mean profuse) sweating (back mostly); insomnia; headache, extreme lethargy etc.
Diet has been OK for the most part - I haven't really varied it from what I normally eat, but I have tried not to eat any carbs past 6PM.
Yes, I've all the correct supplements going in... except for T3 - I'm wondering if this is the reason for the sides being so unbearable?
Supplements include: Multi-vitamin; Taurine; Anti-oxidants; Omega-3 fish oils; Milk thistle; Acidophilus; LIV-52 DS; Vitamin B5; Vitamin B-complex.
Obviously drinking copious amounts of water too (litres).
My stats: 5' 8"; 80Kg; At least 6 AAS cycles notched up - used everthing from test/tren/mast/bold/deca/halo/winny/dianabol/anadrol.
(The stats in my profile page are my wifes by the way!).
Have you any thoughts on the above - any advice appreciated - thanks!

Just take the DNP and drink more water than usual. Your going to experience a harder time at the gym. Just remember what you used to be able to do before the DNP and drop the intensity about 15%. Make sure you know where the shower room is if your over heating and your good to go.

stay away from T3. It's only necessary in very very long dnp cycles. 10 days it's completely not needed
if it makes it easier for you try dosing 250mg every other day. that might help keep sides down and will allow you to run for another few days or week. But only do if you feel okay. No sense in suffering you can do low dose and run it safe.
By the way, what do you consider a "very very long dnp cycle"?
Have stuck with 125mg (dosed in the evening) and it's manageable.
Might stick with the same dose for another week or two or three...

AnonTry dropping it to 75mg, ive ran this dose and the sides are a lot less and you will still loose weight. 250 is just a general guideline for dosing. Or just give up and try cardio.
For how long did you run at 75mg/day and what was the end result?
AnonI dropped 14lbs on diet and cardio then stalled for couple weeks. Started dnp at 250mg ed for 3 days and was busted, no energy, a constant stream of water runnin off me. So I dropped it to 150mg for 5 days, the sides were still there but tolerable, I then dropped it to 75mg ed for another 2 weeks, felt warm and still sweated like mad in gym but found no difference between 150 and 75mg doses regarding weight loss, the abs kept coming through. In three weeks I lost another 12lbs. Was well down in bf maybe 8, 9% . Gave me a great base for my very first cycle.

Will give your protocol a shot on my next DNP run, which will be in approx. 7-9 weeks time. Will be throwing T3 into the mix then too so will see if it makes a difference.

My final thoughts are cut it short and throw it in the trash and the fact that you said you diet is OK says a lot! No room for being lazy and have an OK diet and take something to cut corners.

you know what i did. just recently i ordered some from klona and i started using it. 250 one day and then 250 day 2. then 500 day 3. i started to feel warm and knew it was coming in . day 4 500 again. not even 20 min, that hit me like a ton of bricks. i ended my cycle right then and there. everything i bought that was dnp was in the dumpster the next day. lay off that shit OP, its no good for you
