Doesnt matter how good u work... there will ALWAYS be someone that will complain!!! Also most ppl have no idea how many emails we get every day... and getting the same email EVERY FUCKING DAY....
Anyways im very proud that i always ship whatever ppl payd for, is not my fault that is either customs or mail service that retain or delay packs!! I always try to sort out any issue best way possible, and always re-ship if possible aswell!
