This is what Vips from Gorillagear, EQ from ares pharma, and busting my ass has gotten me! Recently switched back to Vips and they make me more vascular than rips and hyges. They also cause no water retention like rips and hyges did so I'm super dry. Arespharma EQ is adding that nice extra touch.

How are you running the VIPS?
WithdrawlMostly I've been running them half my daily dose first thing in the morning then eat an hour later. Then 3iu pre workout to take advantage of fat burning during training. If I'm lean bulking I'll use insulin post workout when the HGH I shot pre workout is close to hitting it's peak blood serum level.. Right now I'm doing 3iu first thing in the morning then 3-4 iu pre workout but this is just recently. For a most of my time using vips I've used 4-5iu a day.

WithdrawlThanks man. I feel good staying lean so I only lean bulk and unfortunately I'm sure that holds me back from being able to get a lot bigger. I think 220lbs at my bodyfat will be doable since I'm only five lbs away but anything more than that I have to really eat like a mad man and I feel like shit. I want to feel good so I stay lean and sacrifice some size.
Hell yeah, if I looked like that I wouldn't change anything either.
