How long u been running 200mg Tren? I'm about to go on a system overload on calories myself, jumped from 190-203 fast and now stuck in 200-203 area for lil over a week now.

Sometimes even your central nervous system needs a break. Nutrition and Sleep are huge for consistent increases. Then theirs switching up the routine.....
Some days I feel like I can just keep adding weight, some I'm having a hard time with warmup sets! LOL ;-P
Just listen to your body, tren will make you strong really fast and and the ligaments havnt grown to handle the new weight. Im dealing with a wrist injury going on like a month. With my job i can't let it heal properly and it was from jumping up weight to quickly on tren not being properly warmed up it was weight i always do no problem. Just felt light so i jumped up to quickly on sets. My thumb makes my wrist pop when i move it a certain direction or go and reach into my pocket. A brace helps it alot.
