Just had to show you how much i have dried out in just 4 days from the last pics, carb loading also doing its job well filling and hardening the muscle bellies.
Just waiting for my friend to give me a spray tan this afternoon then its time to rock N roll lol 
Self doubt and anxiety starting to get a grip of me like it always does at this stage but there is nothing more i can do now, its down to the judges on the day.
