Definitely want to be well prepared for my first cycle. so research it is!
Diet and Protein while on cycle question,
Do you guys really shoot for 400 grams and 5000 kcals give or take, depending on size?

I'm 5'6 192lbs and I eat 4500-5000 daily with n minimum of 350gm protein. But I'm on a bulk right now. Should be taking in 400gm protein daily but there are days when I slip up and only get in 350 lol
wow, that is a lot of groceries to jam down the ol' pie hole
Yessir, eating every couple hrs, 900cals a meal give or take. I feel prego by the end of the day, wake up at 3am and pound down a shake too lol.
RustyhookerGiven your age, you should run a full blood screen prior to cycle. Our age group has a decline in natty test which can be the problem. Bloods first will help. Plus you maybe able to go thru endo doc to get you up to par if your low without worry.
Another option is privatemdlabs..com . Female hormone panel tests the basics plus test and estro. I'd opt for your doctor first. If you give written request, you can get copies of your labs for researching options.
thanks for the feedback guys, I'll definitely do some blood work before starting any cycles.
valhallas bestwelcome brother.. everybodies body is different and reacts different to everything.. so it's really a trial and error.. but definitely when your on cycle your body is going to process calories alot faster because ofhow much more strain and work you can put on your body so you should definitely plan to eat alot more... get plenty of carbs too your body needs all the extra energy to avoid using all your bodies naturalenergy glucose to promote all the functions of breaking down and rebuilding the muscle and proteins because that shit is like thee building blocks of building muscle similar to like all the supplies you need to build a house... you aint gonna build a house without all the right supplies and you sure as hell aint gonna build muscle without all the nutrients and enegy that comes from food... so definitely plan to get your diet dialed in..
what are your stats broskii?
I'm 44, and have been lifting about two years. I'm 5-10 at 180 pounds and 15% give or take, I'd like to get to 195 and sub 15% bf. I've got a solid diet and routine but have reached the point where gains come real slow now.
Not sure if I can reach my goal natty, so I decided to read up.
thanks for the reply
valhallas bestyoumight want to take rustyhookers advice and go through with those tests, and i would recommend you run a cutter cycle toslim down so you can run a real bulk for your next cycle... but thats just me.. good luck
Yes sir try to get that fat % down to 10%. Im short and stocky at 5'7 192, but I'm at 8%bf. MIGHTY MIDGETS!!! Lol
I've never tried to cut before, going by the concept that you don't make gains on a cut. I have a feeling that cutting will come easy for me.
I dred cutting due to not being able to eat as much, I get all pissy and get easily aggrivated. But did it this summer and the results were worth it.
