Bridging is not the answer. You must go completely clean. Time on equals time off or more!

I was considering bridging but after being natural now for over a week, I will be running a completely clean off period. My natural test is up thanks to a little help from Nolva and Hcg and I feel great. Maybe my time of running gear is coming to an end!!

dude i know it isnt the same but cmon man, you started lifting long before you started cycling right? just get you some C4 or the like (preworkout) and hit the god damn weights like your life depends on it!

anavar will shut down natty test anyways my man, theres no such thing as a bridge unless youre on TRT. its a made up dream by people that dont want to put the natural work in OR that are BB pros, meaning thats what they do for a living and how they put food on the table.

clear your receptors, recover hormonal homeostasis, research and plan your next cycle, diet and train hard - no "bridge"

I think no. You need to give your body a rest when cycling. Unless you like heart attacks and shit like that
