Cycle Recovery TIme

ad

question for the advanced users if i dont sound to ignorant... i am almost 3 month off ,, i ran 19 week of sustanon prior, i ran armidex throughout cycle and did my pct with hcg, clomid and nolva. i added in HGH the second week after my cycle stopped for retention and recovery purposes..HGH is amazing for recovery PCT with ancillaries i believe due to comparison to my previous cycles. the question i am asking is most people state time on equals time off but if one is fully HPTA recovered does it really matter. I Really wanna throw some test and eq in with the GH i am currently running cause" Holy SHit GH is killer and i cant imagine with some AAS i can enter the freak zone... any experiance or criticism is accepted and yes i am aware of this post being one long run on sentence.

Time on + PCT = Time off. Unless.... Blood work proves otherwise. If you go get blood work done and everything comes back good and stable then go ahead. That's my opinion.

One thing that people often overlook with recovery is the amount(s) of stress imposed on the body. During cycle, our HPTA does shutdown. PCT helps reboot and time away from ancillaries lets the body naturally adapt (hopefully). But there is one last aspect...

Our muscles grow at a more rapid rate while juicing. But because blood flow in the connective tissues (tendons and ligaments), they don't grow like our muscles do. Because our muscles grow at a rate much faster than tendons, they put added tension and stress on the tendons. Time is needed for the tension to relieve and avoid overuse injuries.

Right. PCT does not bring the body back to homeostasis but helps in aiding to bring it back to that at hopefully faster rate. Assuming your SERMS were legit. I also see the point of the joints and tendons. If somebody is running Deca or EQ then if the is any type of ligament injury or damage then the issues is just being masked. Them when that person comes off cycle and the esters have cleared they realize that have a slight or even severe case of tendinitis. This will end up being a issue that could hinder your time returning to your next cycle.

Should of got your bloods tested before your cycle (as long as you had a good rest after the cycle before that). Then you could of checked if your bloods were normal again and took it from there. As you didn't I'd wait..
