hey bro, this year i've been eating clean all year, mostly sweet potatoes, chicken breast, and tilapia.. it costed a lot of money specially buying all sorts of supplements and crap.. now that the summer is over im hoping to put on a lot of weight.. overall i think i made a lot of improvements from last year and im looking forward to smart bulking any comments and/or critique is welcome. thanks bros!

Looking great dude!! +1 I'd just say low fat 2% cottage cheese with berrys!! The big tub is 14grams of protein per serving & the large tub holes 8 servings!! Keep your protein intake at or above 400grams a day & your going to blow up!

Looking good. Nice size, shape and still lean. Looks like you have a nice frame to work with. I like that term "smart bulk". I much prefer that over a "dirty bulk". Good luck. +2
