DMP gave me instructions to run it at 1 cap a day for 3-4 days to see how I react and increase to no more than 2 a day if I'm doing fine on the single cap dosage.
I would wait for couple weeks before going up. Unless you have ran it before. When you go to 2 I would take 1 every 12 hours.
Goodcall. Might want to chug 12oz of V8 around lunch everyday to replace electro lights. Benadryl is good to have on hand incase of a allergic reaction
