Long Ester compounds are just startin to show a lil bit. Muta and Ares are both in my top 3 of go to srcs for the highest quality and best customer svc. Just started getting some better contractions on my chest days with my neck injury...more finesse lifting than power now.

what's your stats bud? your build looks very close to mine. I really wanna bring my triceps up to par but struggle cause I also have neck injury. herniated c5/c6 abd something called counter rotation, where my two discs 3-4 are pulling opposite ways on my spine putting crazy pressure on nerves. this has caused one of my tris to be super weak. I haven't tried any t500 or hgh therapy but wanna try something soon maybe even a little deca. ive been going real heavy on compound movements lately with lots of isolation movements. what's your goals this cycle? your nice and wide, shoulders are rolling, tris popping. can't really tell from angle but may wanna hit traps a little more. heavy rack pulls and high rep shrugs(eod) maybe 4 sets of 30 have made a big difference with me. I'm scared to go heavy on shrugs cause I frequently mess up something in neck that puts me out for a few days at a time. anyways you look good no homo. +1 like the source choices also. no need to go anywhere else
AnonWow...great feedback!!! I have a degenerative disc between my c5/c6 as well as being herniated at one point. Traps are actually pretty strong for me but the angle and me flexin kinda pressed them down. Yeh my whole rt side atrophied like 30-40% when those vertebrate impinged on that nerve. Rt pec and tri took the worst of it
I feel your pain man. it's a horrible thing to deal with. Im done with chiropractors and pt. never got anywhere with them. epidural in lumbar helped a lot with herniated l5/6. considering epidural in neck... I'm right handed and my right tri Is about 50% strength of left side. I struggle with 10lb pulldowns. spot injections are growing on me as they have helped my tris swell up and start to site some size. have you done any therapies that have helped with your condition? I'm always open to trying new things to get some relief.
AnonBro I did 2 spinal epidurals and the 2nd one they fucked up and punctured my doula or spinal fluid sac and I had to have a blood patch. The worst headache you will EVER experience!!!! I waived off spinal injections after that...problem now is layin off the codones...that shit is the devil
dang man that sucks. I had a bad experience with mine. dont know what it was but the night of my guts started filling up with air or swelling and it felt like my lungs were going to break out through my ribs. I heavily medicated to knock myself out and woke up fine. those narcs are another story but Damn I dont think I can lift without them some days.

AnonYeh tri's, chest and lats all took a beatin with my neck injury. The anterior head on my rt tri was almost non existant till recently. I couldn't even do 5lbs on a one armed tri pressdown
Looks like you have put on some quality size! how much do you weigh now?
AnonHonestly I'm only up about 2 lbs from what I was listed on here. I dropped down to about 206 but now teetering around 212-214, but it has started coming on quick as my diet has gotten more solid. Casein at night has really helped me keep full looking IMO.
