I've been working with a diet/cycle coach for 10 weeks now and I'm pretty damn happy with the results so far. I've always killed myself in the gym but this is the first time I've no shit stuck to a strict diet. If this keeps up, I can't wait to see where I will be in a year.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for their kind words. This is what keeps me going when my alarm goes off after only getting 4 hrs of sleep. This is what helps me choke down 16 friggin ounces of fish every night. This is what this community is about. Building each other up and not tearing people down.

Thanks man! I'm not trying to be a dick but I would rather not throw my cycle out there. I'm running this under the guidance of a coach that has been involved in bodybuilding for decades. It's definitely not a cycle I would suggest anyone run without a serious mentor on board.
Amazing, I like to see drastic results like that in such a short period of time. Hard work and dedication.

Tuesdays:
Close leg squats: 1 set of 12-14 reps, 2 heavy sets 8-10 reps, 1 set 10-12
Front squats: 4 sets 10-12, every other week I go heavy and stay around 6-8 reps
Leg extensions and leg curls: 3 sets 16-20 reps, drop sets each set
Saturday:
Wide stance, toes out squat: same sets and reps as close legs above
Stiff leg deads: 3 sets 10-12
Wide stance deep leg press: 5 sets 12-14 reps
Leg extensions and leg curls: 4 heavy sets at 6-8 reps, dropping twice for a total of around 18-24 reps
