Well ppl, here is a pic just after comlpeting a workout. Got a little pump going on and feelling good at 49 yrs of age. Ares and Perf have gave me confidence once again to keep going and conquer. Gonna add anavar and Mast P next week and stop the abombs to get leaner. Want feedback from all my brotha's here both good or bad. Peace out..

I see chest and shoulders needing to pop more bodybuilding is all about a illusion unless your a power lifter going for strength squeeze more u can tell who squeeze a great deal muscles tend to be fuller! But delts and chest make em pop! Spend 2 days a week on each shoulders an chest, until they grow more. Other then that ur 49 ur solid and in good ass shape we all have improvement and we all c different things in people so hit those lagging parts and it'll be a night and day! +1 big guy
