The best way of losing weight is by doing exercise and taking proper diet, The diet should contain proper food calories.
Drinking more water Daily.
Small meals effect fat loss by avoiding the metabolic rate from reducing. They also keep energy more constant and prevent emotions of starvation, which is helpful to a slimmer trying to get by on less food.

Weight loss isn't the same as reducing fat. Many people lose weigh and only end up as a smaller fat person. You can shrink the fat cells through diet and cardio and lean up if you are willing to invest the energy. However, one thing to understand is that once you get a fat cell, you will always have it unless it is removed from your body (trauma, lipo, etc..) Whatever # of fat cells you have in your body right now, you will never have less. You can develop more with overeating or eating too much crap... but you can't end up with less unless you have lipo done.
Many people are turning to have the ab sculpting done now in order to develop a crisp six pack on their abs.
Drink more water with the empty stomach to burn more fat in less time.
Take more water foods or raw veggies foods to reduce your unwanted weight in a natural way.
Green tea, lemon water, grapefruit juice, and fish oil are very important for the weight loss purposes.

consume fewer calories than you expend over a period of time. that's 80-90% of the battle.
Track calories and scale weight. Proceed to count calories and stay in a calorie deficit.
Loads of water and vegetables to kill the hunger. High protein as protein is more satiating than carbs/fats.
Diet soda is great too, from time to time, just to stay sane.

Ok, my number one tip would be: calories in < calories out.
Do that consistently and you will loose weight. ~99% of tissue weight depends on calories in vs. cals out.
AnonCarb Cycling. Water. Don't lost track of the goal.
AnonFor me personally;
My biggest 'tip' to stay motivated, is TAKE PICTURES. Sometimes, weeks and weeks after cutting, you feel like your going nowhere even though the scale is going down. Pictures will show you the change, the mirror won't while your actively cutting, because you always see yourself constantly, so the changes appear neglibile. Look at progress pictures and you'll notice it big time.
I am having some good results focusing on peri workout nutrition. I've moved most of my carbs to pre and intra with some in the mornings too. I am now trying simple carbs like waxymaze in post shake and my intra shake and my recovery has been great too.
I also do carb cycling also cycling fats.
When you can treat food as a fuel instead of a desire or reward I think you've got it beat. You can walk from Dallas to Oklahoma City on the fuel from one pound of rice. I use salad plates at every meal just load the plate up and done. Cant believe I used to go to all you can eat buffets and eat six plates. Well, that's the only tactic I use successfully.
try to have around 60% of your daily carb allawonce before and after your exercise so it dosent convert to fat
it all comes down to the nightly eating my man... thats when u need to be smart and calculate keep to a minnimum ! You will litteraly see a difference every morning!
Whenever I end up eating the things I shouldn't, 90% of the time it is right before bed.
Your right at night from 6PM till bed is pretty rough, I actually don't keep food in the house for that purpose. Cheesy but effective.
