+ 2 ebc update back is starting to come along seem to be standing still with arms

Can't seem to get my arms to grow back is in better shape than when started but still got quite a way to go. Team perf need some suggestions on how to get my bi's to grow we gotta have a syner win this thing it would be nice to have team perf place 1st 2nd and 3rd

My chest is my lagging body part. I started doing incline press as my main chest worker and I stretch after every chest day. I'm starting to see some growth and I'm quite sure the stretching is what's helping here.

FYI: You are doing a great job! Start looking at the average American and then look at yourself. Your are part of the upper echelon! Great Job!

Bro your looking great man! Arms give me hell as well. I think your arms are looking thick, looks like the bi is lagging a bit. I would try to work the upper range of motion on them preachers. Never got to full extend and just work the peak. Disregard the "never" I'm just saying do most of the set in the upper range of motion. +1 bro, and good luck!

Thanks for the tip bro have always done full extension seen other guys just doing upper range and wondered why always good to learn something new!

I like to do one arm preacher curls on the back of a incline bench. I start at 45lbs for 8, 50lbs for 6 then 55lbs for 4. Hold the last negative as long as I can. Then get on that bench & do alternating hammer curls. Twisting your wrist in at the bottom of each curl to stretch. 8-10reps each arm. Remembering to stretch really helps. I've read that 15% of your workout comes from the stretch.

Thanks bro I actually never do one srm preacher curls just never thought I will try that for sure... I always strech bought the book streching for dummies its not to bad learned a bunch of streches definately helps recover faster.....
