TEST CYP, BOLD CYP
After a hernia surgery and a long layoff, lookin to get serious again. Have had the last couple months to prep my body and get it into gear and feel like Im ready to go. Diet is on, appetite is on, water is in check, and sleep is in check. Training style is outlined below in the comment section. I posted my current routine. I train every other day, never consecutive. I am running power-pharma's injects for the first time so I'll be able to give an honest no bull review. The ancillaries are from alldaychemist. And the orals are balkan pharm.

I cheat when I want and add food most nights to the last 2 meals mainly cause I have the munchies. Eh, so what if I gain a little fat. Im still leaner than most people.

safetyfirst21I wouldn't flat out say shakes are bad really. A plain shake with a scoop of whatever you use with water/milk will never compare to a meal. That same shake after a meal is fine. I make some interesting shakes depending on the time of day. This mornings was 4oz 2%, 4oz Almond Milk, a handful of blueberries, half a banana, a strawberry greek yogurt, and a large scoop of whey, all blended together. Then I ate breakfast. I like to have on before bed as well, only its a different blend. 1 greek yogurt, about 1 cup cottage cheese, 4-8oz 2%, either a stevia packet or a small amount of fruit, and a scoop of whey. My current PWO shake is pretty amazing too.
safetyfirst21But I also eat a lot of real food as well. Mostly real food, but shakes are very useful. I'd rather drink 600+ clean calories than power through 600+ from chicken breast, veggies, and sweet potatoes.

smallguyAlright well I took your advice. My new meal plan is this. Im not counting calories, just gonna keep increasing portion size as my body can handle it.

safetyfirst21Add that up anyway to get an idea of where it is. I don't mind the not counting part and upping based on your body, but I've always noticed when I add everything and record my timing, I can directly relate it any issues I'm having (weight loss, strength loss, plateau, etc.). I'm not counting now either, I'm using the same approach. When I start having issues, I'll go back to my old ways.

that was my last blood test. Everything was literally perfect EXCEPT my HDL. Which is low, but my family has a history of low HDL so that's completely genetic.

cholesterol seems to be more genetically influenced now a days than eating. Well assuming you don't bloat up at a desk job and you actually work for a living
smallguylol you should take a video of you cooking your breakfast. Ive never seen someone eat a dozen eggs followed by 2 cups of oats. The oats will cook out to a huge bowl. 1 cup cooks out to be a lot. My buddy who competes doesnt even eat that much.
Evan Centopani in his "Offseason Diet Tips" video is only eating 6 eggs and 4pc of ezekiel bread for breakfast.
This is where I get confused. Everyone says eat more. Im eating all the food I listed and just getting down a gallon of water a day. But then PROS post videos of them eating throughout the day and its nothing like the guys on the boards diets.
Anyone that feels the same or has an answer to this, please fire for effect.
safetyfirst21This has kinda bugged me too. A half cup of oats makes me super full, granted I'm eating a lot of other shit at the same time, I can't even fathom putting all that food down. Can you smell what j223 is cookin'? (Thats a pun on the fact that The Rock eats like this, don't get butt hurt or insulted j)
that's what happens when you use 1200mg of EQ and 750mg test on a 25 week cycle with GHRP2 dosed at 200mcg 4x a day and lots of insulin, lol I go hard. On a side note, fish is so easy to eat especially if its baked. you practically don't even need to chew

smallguyGot my EXEMESTANE from Kalpa and will be running 12.5mg of that twice a week. I wont be running arimidex. I also got my balkan dbol 50's that I will be starting tomorrow and running 4 weeks. Ill give you guys weekly progress on my weight and strength.
safetyfirst21You're gonna need more Exemestane than that, half that ed to start. Once the Test and Bold kick in, you'll have to continue that dose and possibly increase it, you'll almost certainly need more than 6.25 ed on your next introduction of the Dbol. Are you going to use anything for liver support? Have you thought of using a lower dose of HCG continuously?
smallguyThe thing is, I got KALPA exemestane and they come in 25mg tabs. I can cut them in half, but to trisect them, Im not sure how Ill do that. So how would I dose with 12.5mg tabs? Also, Ive done the continuous use in the past of hcg.. Like 500iu twice a week. It doesnt seem to work as well as the higher doses. And since this one is gonna be a lot longer, Id rather blast them every 4 weeks doing 1000IU for five days straight every 4th week.

Im taking liv 52 before every meal and milk thistle with every meal. Have my water up to a little over a gallon to a gallon and a half a day. Not adding any condiments or salty stuff to my food. First day of dbol and exemestane today . 1 week on 600mg of cyp and 600mg of bold.
Starting weight was 198. Was taken last Wednesday in the AM right after I woke up and took a piss. Ill keep you guys updated with the weight.
safetyfirst21I get your reasons for the HCG then. 12.5 eod would work fine, a lot of guys like to do it that way anyhow. Its the half life that makes it a better choice for ed. Eod is fine if you can't get a daily dose down. If you want to try ed you can grind/crush/cut up the pills into a powder, make a nice straight line that looks proportioned properly, then cut it up into 4 even lines. Each line would be a daily dose. It maybe too much of a hassle, its up to you. I just wouldn't go with the 12.5mg twice a week, it most likely won't be enough. If you have Arimidex just use that until the end, then run the Aromasin in the end. Whats PCT looking like?

smallguyIm doing a split like this. D1 - chest/tris. D2 - Off. D3 - Back/bis - D4 - Off - D5 - Shoulders/Tris - D6 - Legs - D7 Off. And Im at 5,000 calories a day minimum. But closer to 5500. As of THIS WEEK. It took me a while to build up to it. But I wanted to be able to get all that down before I jumped back on.
RustyhookerGetting it lined up is a chore but well worth it. Can do those tabs eod until you need to up dose. Not normal but should work. 12.5eod
