generally killing estrogen causes you to be tired or fatigued. i dont think the symptoms youre having are from the adex. are your joints sore or aching, do you have a sex drive? can you get an erection? is your strength in the gym down? these are typically signs of low estrogen, also oily skin and dehydration even difficulty having a bowel movement.

Well the only reason I did it like that is because I have bad gyno from a very long time ago I use to use prohormones I never thought I had to do pct that was years ago. But I'm going to do .25 eod. I actually didn't take it last night and I slept like a king.

im currently on a cycle im using adex to control the gyno. 750cyp ew. 875EQ ew. and 125NPP eod. so im fine im on the 5th week out of 16. and i just started the adex last week and i never had a problem and now i cant sleep at all. sex drive is perfect, erection is wonderful, strength is good, everything is good to go just the insomnia.

Try .5 e3d or eod. The half life of adex is just stacking up at ED dose.

Note that the ingredients that are active in Benadryl can give a nasty ass "hangover" feeling to some.

But much safer for you. Also melatonin

thats too high dose, knocking out estrogen can cause sleep issues. try lowering dose

x2 been down that road with both actually and can vouch for the dependence that comes with them
