Looking outstanding brother, as is usual! Arms are definitely more thick, muscular and vascular. Abs are shining through beautifully! Chest expansion is quite evident! I always enjoy your progress pics. +1 for the heart and physique of a modern day gladiator.

You brother have thickened up nicely. I can see the chest to back expansion clearly a huge difference. Have you been doing a lot of pullovers? That is not an easy achievement! You should be super stoked at your gains! +1

Her muscle density is crazy! Your muscle density around your ribcage has expanded it is very evident!

Damn Brother , You have most definitely put on some Mass since the last pics I looked at. Even though you have added size your stomach looks like its leaner and showing abs more . Your doing just what you have set out to ! Great job Brother
