How much bac water do you mix in?
It depends on you pretty much but from what i read you mix it with some acetic acid.I made my own with vinager and mix 1 ml into the igf-1.That makes every 10 equal to 100mcg and i take 3 clicks(the needle i have goes every 2 clicks not by 1) wich is 60mcg.hope that makes sense to ya it can be confusing.
