I did a run of these a few months ago at 60-70 ed. I backed them down to 40 after getting leg cramps. Bear in mind I am only 170 pounds. But they are def good gear. Hardened me up, and delivered more strength gains than I expected. I ran labs to look for liver issues at 5 weeks (none.) I was using liv52 at the time as well for liver support.
AnonI love the strength from Var it also improves the quality of my veins and with my condition my veins are pretty shitty from frequent ivs and blood draws. I read that Var is extremely mild on the liver I never had issues even at 100mg per day and checked every two weeks. Also my BP only rose very slightly but never cause for concern it's a pretty safe compound
Var works its magic when your at 10% bodyfat and below... Otherwise some say it isnt worth the headaches and cramps....
AnonTrue yes but I use Var for the strength gains more than anything I used Var before from the old shopsmart and the pumps were crazy the strength gains were just insane for me that's why I choose to use it and with everything I've read about Pharmacoms I had to try it lol
