Knowledgable advise only

So I know this has been addressed previously I am sure but I am having the hardest time with bloat which is weird because I didn't have this issue with long esters. I am currently running my 4th cycle. Test p @ 170 eod, npp @ 100 and winny 50 mg Ed. I have been using Adex .25 Ed and prami .25 Ed. I went ahead and ordered aro to see if that will serve me better. My joints are a little achy but not terrible so that's why I am thinking it might be estrogen related and my bloat. I have been eating pretty clean but can clean it up some. I am going to try and limit carb intake to 50-75g. I just started taking diurex. Bad idea? Some help would be much appreciated.

angusYou are having problems and looking below at all the suggestions (which are all good suggestions btw) you could easily start hurling vitamins, minerals, and compounds at the problem and get it solved....but how would you ever know what worked? If you try one thing at a time you might never find out by the time your cycle is over. GO GET YOUR BLOODS DONE, and know for sure. You could have your results as soon as Monday and we could have this thing solved for you that quickly. So in the meantime, limit the things that aren't part of your cycle like salt and diurex and go get your bloods. Lemme know if you want a coupon for 15% off. Here is the instructions for the anonymous blood test:

cbrant10Yeah man I used them before and they are great. I will set one up asap. Thanks brother.
AnonFirst thing that came to mind is salt. Do you find your bloat is worse at night , and then in the morning you look normal ?
I find if during the day I take in a little extra salt, when I see my self in the mirror at night Im like " yikes ", but then in the morning Im happy again. So Ive tried really really watching the sodium (which is hard as hell) but those nights I dont seem to be holding the water.
Oh and drop that NPP dose a little or raise the test dose up. Try running it at a straight 2:1 ratio for a couple of weeks. I know you are already close, but it may help too.
cbrant10Thanks guys and I agree I need to go get bloods done. Ill stop diurex, watch sodium consumption and take .25 eod adex. Drink a gallon a day.
Estrogen and AI is not the problem. In fact you may want to look into Lowering your AI dose. Keep in mind aromasin is stronger than adex and since you have low estrogen now aromasin will only make it worse. Another thing to keep in mind is Arimidex has a better reputation of bloat control than aromasin does (in general).
You mentioned you are using very low carbs and you are taking diurex which is going to further complicate things. Sounds to me like sodium intake or electrolytes are thrown off. Are you drinking enough water? If you are not getting proper amount of sodium or water your body will Retain, making things worse.
My advice increase water intake, watch sodium levels and lower AI dose because you should not be feeling achey joints. What is your overall sodium intake, it's very possible you are not in taking enough sodium but its also possible you are taking in too much.
edit - i see you are taking winstrol. That could be causing your achey joints. Try either lowering winny or dropping it all together and see if you still have achey joints. If you do, your estrogen is too low. If you don't then the winstrol was the culprit to the achey joints. If that's the case you may need to get bloods done to see where your estrogen is at.
Tumeric could also help. +1 bro.
I've always had to battle estrogen more with nandrolone in my stack. This current run 25mg of Aromasin wasnt helping. I'm now using Letro and I'm having zero estrogen issues. I am having some thyroid enlargement I am linking to the Letro use.
I get the same thing..I aromatize crazy, my daily dose of aromasin is 25 mg, and 2.5mg of letro every 5 day or so, and this is just to stop the nips from being tender
Have you gotten bloodwork? If not that's what I would suggest. Limit sodium in the mean time. Everything else would be guess work.
