my friend has been nominated for coming competition amatuer olympia ,, he only did 4 cycle before but he is pretty in shape , any suggestion how to prepared for his contest that his first contest and he is super nervous!

I got nominated for a coming competition a couple of weeks ago. I was quite fast the first round but didnt take enough caber to compete in the second round. Good luck to your friend in his coming competition. Make sure he take a shit load of caber.
