Hello Guys, just wanted to give you a heads up that my order landed today just like Aphis said it would, he was nice enough to upgrade my promo items, I posted the pictures and if you're still waiting you can relax that you're pack will arrive other sources get delayed to so we have to be patient, have a great weekend bro's and thanks again Aphis.
Just had a PM from him stating that my pack would be to my door by Wednesday. I think he is going to make this right for everyone. Just stay patient and know that he does answer PM's. He answered me quickly and as long as he follows through I will accept that shit happens and give him another order.
Oh and there is a lot of fakes out there. Asking for samples than once you receive them you want to go and talk crap behind my back. Trust me us the sources know those that keep asking for samples and Im sure enough the site keeps track of those. So go ahead and talk all of your crap fellas.
AnonAphis first let me apologize for being disrespectful the other night. I haven't ordered from u so I can't really speak on ur customer service side. What I think would help you out is to really focus on the emails and pms from ur paid customers. Most customers would wait for a lot longer than they are now if you kept them

As far as the cowd that is starting to gather its merely because of the brotherhood us Eroid members have for each other. We stick together for the mere fact of power in numbers. We aren't here to make your life hard or your job any harder than it already is. Trust me I know how Much bullshit you go through between logistics of providing this service. From Raws to supplies to receivers to collectors to shippers to the actual washing. It's tough I know.
The guys just want some reassurance man. That's all. Fix that part and your gear will do all the talking after that point. It's obvious the guys running your gear are loving it.
Apology accepted I'm sorry on my behalf as well. I appreciate this from you. This really says a lot about you. I had guy in charge of shipping and they are not doing a good job. There is two reasons why I'm Not taking orders right now. One is I'm cleaning their mess up myself and the other my email server is down. I want people to pm me. I always get back to pm no matter what. After everything is good. I'm going to be taking care of shipment myself for a while until I can find people who are smart enough to do this. So after this there will be no more mess up I swear on everything.
AnonThat's the missing aspect most members don't really grasp. You being the owner of the business are reliant on the crew you surround yourself with. Some are golden and some are turds. Some have integrity and others will steal and loot.
Admitting what u just did takes a lot of humility. The guys will understand when u break things down like that. Well those of us with any sort of history in this game will. You'll always have ur rookie online customers who have unrealistic expectations. Those guys won't ever be happy. But some of these guys with issues are good guys. They'd understand bro. They'd work with u. Or at the least they'd keep things in pms where a certain compensation for their troubles can be negotiated between you guys alone and free from prying eyes.
The key to this business is respect. A mutual respect between the source and customer. When its a focus you'd be amazed how different things will go. I've seen it. Experienced it myself and I love seeing great gear being sold to my eroid family.
I wish u nothing but the best Aphis. I hope u get the crew u need around you cuz I've heard from guys I respect that your quality is pretty damn good.

SwolePatrole7Look bro, people are putting their hard earned money on the line, people just want peace of mind, all it takes is replying to your emails! If you would reply to emails in private and let people know whats going on and provide trackers when the pack is late nothing would ever go public or get posted on here. My advice is work on the customer service side of things, peace of mind is important bro
I rather people pm me for now because our email system have been down. That is why we have not taken any more orders and that is why we have not sent payment info to new orders until our server providers fix this issue

Listen your packs will land. Once you start seeing packs landing I dont want to hear shit! All I hear is a whole bunch of wining tired of being nice and people taking advantage that shit is changing!
I don't think people are saying they won't land. I think we wanted some communication. Don't get me wrong. I respect what you are doing. I know your job isn't easy. But calling everyone whiners when we have put our money up and see that our package shows as shipped but hasn't arrived in 10 days is kind of disrespectful. If you told me you were having logistical problems and that it would be taken care of and to expect my pack in 14-16 days rather than 3-4 days, I'd be cool. I don't mind waiting, but being in the dark sucks. I saw up above that it looks like you are getting things worked out and I appreciate that. Just please don't let us believe something that isn't true.
I went through the same thing with another source on here. I think most customers are of the same mind. If its going to be late....cool. Just tell us but don't say it shipped when it hasn't. Although, that doesn't appear to be what happened here. Unless I'm misreading things it sounds like Aphis was under the impression they shipped. FWIW, Aphis admitted there where shipping issues above. I like to see that type of shit. He manned up and is fixing it for you guys.

All I am asking for is to be given whatever information is available regarding the products that I paid for. I don't think that deserves anyone being rude. On another note, as a business I know how these can things can suck, but the owner is responsible for the people he hires. His employees mistakes are his mistakes if for no other reason than the fact that he hired them.
I'm having the same problem. I am also not getting my emails answered. I ordered 10 days ago and haven't received yet. I'm getting nervous. I would just like to be told that my stuff hasn't shipped yet if it hasn't. Not told that it shipped and shows shipped on the website.

With today being the 13th, i find it very hard to believe, every other US domestic sources packs land within 2-4 days from the day they stated shipment was made. Every time! And i make alotttt of us domestic orders just look at my pics, im not new to this.
I spoke with him earlier he said my pack will land no later than Saturday so I'll keep you guys posted. I remember him saying all packs should be landing this week. He is new to eroids so maybe he just got overwhelmed with orders we shall see. i spoke with a fellow Eroider that confirmed Goliath90 received his order so they are arriving guys just relax no sense to stress out I believe we are good with Aphis, hope next time he will be ready for our asses we go big lol!
