Best Supplements for Weight Loss
I fell out of going to the gym back in late '08 and have just started back. I'm front loading now, waiting for my first order of Test-E, Deca, Tbol and hgh to arrive. I'm 49 and, up until 5 years ago, remained in good shape. Five years out of working out has taken its toll and I need to drop 40lbs and convert 20-30 back to muscle
Back in the day, I tried Clen and can't take the thermogenic effect. I run hot all the time anyway and can't do the boost in temperature. I know my change back to eating clean and going to the gym will get me there eventually and I know the test and Deca will add weight. I'm wondering what the best fat burners are, nowadays. I do an hour of cardio(light, for now) after each workout and the hgh will help, I know and if I just have to bust it and wait, so be it. Would just like to get rid of some of this fat Fast!

I'm sure it'll be just like before and become a lifestyle. I've never been one who needed that quick weight loss as fast off usually means just as fast a return. The part of this entire process, that I hate the most, is that weak feeling I get, whenever I start eating clean. Worth the reward, in the long run!
Of course you can get back to strength training; start wherever you need to–the important thing is starting! After that it’s consistency and small increments in a progressive manner.
Losing fat and getting in shape is certainly not going to be
the easiest thing to do, but with the motivation and dedication
on your part you can definitely do it. Good luck and just stay healthy!
Not new, just returning after a long hiatus. I never used any weight loss supplements before, other than hgh; if that counts. I used it more for the faster recovery time, than anything
My plan was, and remains; I guess, primarily diet and cardio. Didn't expect there to be some new Magic Bullet out there but worth asking. After posting this, I put the horse back in front of the cart and read some posts in the thread where I picked up some good advice. The one that recommended taking pictures on a regular basis, to see the results, was a very good one...as much as I'll hate to do it for the first couple of months!
You are a beginner, right bro? So don't mess around with fat loss goods soon as it appears that you are inexperianced with things like that. Your cycle is quite vast too. You really should lose the weight first bro and then if you intend to, juice after. Excersise, mental belief and diet will lose your weight. Please save some room for mine and monsterjuices opinions, we are only trying to see that you don't mess yourself up. I hope I have not come across as disrespectful bro, that was not what I wanted. I'm sure the vets will chime in this thread with more info.
BEST ADVICE FOR ANY FAT LOSS IS A KEY DIET. THAT IS 90% OF IT. DO CARB CYCLING AND FORGET THE IDEA OF SHRINKING WITH SUPPLEMENTS. SORRY TYPING IN CAPS BUTTON ON KEYBAOARD IS STUCK.
