Here are a few shots, pics taken last night. I am currently at 236lbs, I am about to start cutting and the next few weeks will consist of 50g carbs a day and lots of plyometrics. I am a very big fan of plyos and its fat burning properties. I will be starting some Lixus products courtesy of UKBestSteroids, progression pics will follow.

Im impressed bro. You have come along way since you first joined but your progress has been exceptional. Personally I dont like to go too high in weight for my height but it works for you .great weight distribution. As far as cutting if you can sacrifice those evil carbs I dont see why not. You should reach your goals quickly. 6pack is there bro , only for the hard worker/healthy eater ..

Wardi77Thanks man, I really focused on not getting too out of shape this winter, I bulked but not all out like I used to do for football, then would have to cut back again for wrestling. I will be posting progress pics in the next few weeks. If I can get abs like yours I'll be stoked, you got some mean "fighter's abs" I had a 6 pack during my wrestling days, but never as developed as yours.

Wardi77I have never competed before, although I will be stepping on stage sooner than later, just no set date. This is my first year with really focusing on bodybuilding style training, dieting, supplementing etc. I am gonna see how this goes and go from there. I have been weight training consistently since I was 16, for wrestling/football, more of powerlifting/olympic style of training though.
