Her water intake wasn't where it should have been , so she actually held water.. She quite taking it. A week later she shed the water weight. She was pissed because after the water weight dropped she looked amazing ... Lmao , Trial and error right?.. But she is doing a great job bro

Yes it is her first run. She is definitely more defined and stronger. Im always on her lol to drink more water and eat more but it's working nicely.
