I used to be over 300lbs (all fat) now I've got a bit of extra flesh below my belly button don't get me wrong as big as I was it could be a whole hell of.a lot worse but any ideas on how I could get it to tighten up would be greatly appreciated.

You just have to grow back into the old skin. Now that your ripped add some size and the skin will tighten up. Had to look back first it looked like a huge vein!

I can take up to 2 years for your skin to shrink down and tighten up. The most important thing to do is make sure you're always drinking plenty of water, take vitamin E, and keep eating healthy. Unfortunately though, sometimes the skin never shrinks all the way and the only option is surgery. If you have insurance it may be covered.
AnonHow long has it been ? Id imagine it could take years for the skin to tighten back up, if ever. I would try looking in to remedies pregnant women use. You know lotions and vitamins or oils they make take.
