I will be running my first cycle starting july first which will be test cyp at 500 a week .I want to use aromasin 6.25 through cycle and first two week of pct a day to keep blot and side minimal but I also read it could hamper my gain if used on cycle .Pct will look like this clomid 100 ,100 ,50,50 nolvadex 40, 40, 20, 20 and aromasin 6.25 for 4 weeks.

AnonHow will it hinder you if its all water weight, or your nipples turn in to cherries ?
Given its your first time Id say definitely run that AI a few weeks in. After you see how your body reacts and if your gyno prone or anything else, then maybe you could think about no AI . I think most of the guys who dont run an AI at all, really know how their bodies react , you'll still be figuring it out as you go.

use aromasin but wait till week 3 to start, and continue even into pct. Don't worry about gains you will make tons of gains. Estrogen often causes water retention, so when people take an AI they lose a few pounds of water and they mistake that for losing gains.
Bottom line, keep your estrogen balanced. Like dossier said below, some is needed for growth but you don't wanna have too low either. Using small dose of aromasin (6.25) will help you have a good balance and make good gains.

fact: some estrogen is needed for growth. the key is balance so as to avoid excessive estrogen levels in males and the sides associated with it.
