Well that was fun sort of?!?! Wasted some time with decisions and Nutritional neglect, but got back on track!
I ended the Fall\Witer EBC at 196 lbs, currently 233 lbs, + 37 lbs!
I wanted a lil more muscle size but, it is what it is. I stayed fairly lean, detailed and vascular!
Now It's time to tear off the unnecessary, while maintaining, and hopefully adding a lil more size and definition!
I wanna thank everyone who has helped motivate and drive me forward, I really appreciate it!

Thanks Brother! Just because I have an NPC card doesn't mean I'm at that level yet! But I will be eventually, I always think I need more size. I'm gonna keep pushing for size while cutting with carb cycling and increased Protein this time. I think I dropped some lean mass with the last cut just worrying about ripping! It's a constant learning experience that I am very happy to share with the Eroids community as I work towards my goals and set new ones.
Not to bad for an old man! J.k. Can't wait to get some of that!!! :):):)

233 now, crazy that's slabs of meat right there looks like you have been working hard adding solid mass
My goal was 235-245, maybe a lil unrealistic? But I like to aim higher and be satisfied with a lil less. When I put it on too fast I saw too much fat, so I backed off on the Nutrition. I think its gonna be good though, If I can take off about 10% of fat only that will leave me at around 210 around 6%. I'll take that! Then do it again. 15lbs of muscle twice a year is damn good for an old guy! LOL ;-P
16 % 230 is a good size. Even if you got down to 12 or 10 that's lean enough - keep bulking!! lol
I'm trying really hard to hit 230 and its taking me some time. I'm also tall like you so it's not easy!
I made a commitment to do these NPC shows in August. I'll talk it over with GymGhemist and see what he thinks.
Oh cool. Well good luck with whatever you do! Good that you put some mass on. Not sure how your precontest diet schedule is gonna be, but I would imagine if it's in august you'd probably have a good amount of time to bulk now at least until july until you start getting in the fat shredding mode!
Different people follow different schedules though. It probably depends on the body type though for the individual (ecto/endo). I can't imagine you having any difficulty dropping fat in a short amount of time though. let me know how it goes!
Hopefully I'll be able to document my progress in the next EBC!

Looking great brother. Keep up the hard work brother it's def paying off for ya man. If u find a way to rip it up and still keep the muscle you got. Hook me up with how u did it. Last cycle for me my diet was off. Trying to cut up I only gained ten pounds. Still happy with what I got but a u always think u can do better next go round. Take care and keep it up brother
Thanks Woody! I'll be posting it weekly I hope with the next EBC! That's my plan, do better each time. Last cutter I ripped it up but dropped lean muscle also I think. This time I'll up the Protein and carb cycle instead of just cutting them down.

I think I need a coach? The work ain't a problem it's unbiased decisions that will guide me to where I need to be that I'm looking for! I know one way to rip but that ate muscle too! I need to keep all the muscle add some and eat the fat! Welcome to a new learning curve!!!

The photos look great, I think you need a partner to get pictures of you because you show your size on shot 3 but taking the picture and posing is impossible so the others deceive from how big you really I are!!

A lot of these shots are on the road in new gyms! I ain't trying to make new friends in the locker rooms asking peeps to take my pic! Lol ;-P it's tough to flex get the angle right and not shake the camera but it is what it is!

You can tell that your diet, training and gear are all on point! From the last pics to these, I can see a big difference in size and you stayed lean!

Haha! I totally have the same thing. It's like the house of mirrors! I see one mirror and I'm like damn! You look huge than another I say damn go hit the gym pussy! Lol ahhh I hate it. My worst fear is shrinking lol.
