+ 7 never doing that again

ad

Notice the wonderful swelling in my right lower leg. That's the one that took the prop and the other took npp. I can't walk and the swelling is painful. Pinned both calfs in the exact same spot and thank god the left has recovered 80%. I would like an explanation as to why the swelling has moved done to my now cankle?!?!

Doss's picture

Fuk that... Did you go to the dr when that happened?

Drywallstar's picture

Er and then a week later the dr. Two courses of antibiotics, abcess, and atrophy of the right calf. Lost most of the mass off the bottom portion.

poolshredder711's picture

Ugh my calf was like yours this week. Pinned prop with a 1 inch and couldn't walk right for about two days.

Drywallstar's picture

Took me about 12 days to walk right. Weeks worth of keflex and now more antibiotic for an abcess as a result of infection. Lol im up and killin it tho.

j223's picture

Looks like you pinned WAY too low man. I never had problems with calves but I pin the middle upper part where the thickest part is and only use a 1/2 or 5/8inch needle. Don't use a 1 inch because there's no need to go that deep

Drywallstar's picture

I hit with a 25x1 in the top inside part. The other calf recovered quick but the right one couldnt handle the prop.

j223's picture

ah well good luck bro. The good news is that prop only lasts a few days so it should be gone soon.

HeavyHitter's picture

Dammit man that fucking sicks if it gets to bad I got a real sharp key hole saw ... Get better bro

Drywallstar's picture

lol I have one too! Circle cutter is my choice. I can walk normal now and the swelling is going down, Thank god for ibuprophen and anti biotics.

HeavyHitter's picture

Glad my ol lady is a nurse ive made some bad choices never again will i pin in my traps !!!! Holy shit i was down for a week...

Could be you injected the compound into your lymphatic system. It happened to me on my last cycle when pinning quads. Hope you find this information helpful and I sincerely hope you are feeling better!

Here is a very interesting read i found while searching the net :

ive pinned calves probably a 100 times, one of my favorite spots before my doc explained to me the density of the muscle there and why they dont pin there in the hospital. that muscle has very tightly wound fibers because it gets used so damn much i guess. To be honest ive had stuff that had horrible PIP and I would hit calves with it because after a few hours in the morn it would go away a little where as other places the muscle wouldnt get used and it would stay all day. dont be fooled that this is a calf problem, this probably has more to do with pinning method and a nerve or some unlucky stick as there is many of them in your calf. I hit mine in the very center where the muscle is the thickest and bury the needle, it should go in like butter, if you feel any uncomfortable feeling while pressing plunger you are probably close to a nerve, either go VERY slow or relocate. I havent used calves in awhile but they are much easier to pin then other places i use and I would use them again on a cycle where im running a shitload of oil and have ran out of spots to pin. take 1600mg ibuprofen every 6 hours or so and the swelling will go down. and stop walking around like your in pain people are looking at you! Smile

Drywallstar's picture

Thanks bud. I decided to go get checked out and got diagnosed with cellulitis. Got keflex. Was truthful with the dr and didnt even get a "moral lecture"

LOKI 1's picture

Thats Crazy Bro! Thats the same thing they told me it was when I did it. Cellulitis! Then I waited a week a pinned my quad with the same gear and couldnt walk again for a couple days. Went to the doctor again and he said again it was cellulitis. Needles to that was the last time I used that gear I was pinning.

Roid Noid's picture

my doc told me if i ever run into any kind of problem like that to just say its a spider bite that they treat it the same.

Drywallstar's picture

I told them I wanted to be honest and not just say it was a spider bite lol. The nurse winked and said we have been around long enough to tell the truth ha ha. Glad its over though.

lilswoll's picture

Ok. Guess I'll just take a rain check on clarification and just keep the calves on the no-go list along with the corpus cavernosum.

U r welcome my polish brother

Drywallstar's picture

Hobble is about it sarge. Please never do it!

Drywallstar's picture

Thanks sarge!

snuka2012's picture

Heard enough stories about pinning calves...not for me. Looks like this calls for more than Ibuprofin. Hopefully this doesn't keep you down for too long.

levelup's picture

Yea it take about 8 pins to get used to them...I still don't tolerate oil well but winny is fine, weird

Thanks bud. I was thinking that. How long is it gonna be like this?!?! Pinned Saturday morning around 6 am

Cheatnnature's picture

Damn bro! I'm so sorry your in pain bud. What we discussed is def beneficial but I have never seen a reaction like that. And after that I would def never do that again! I got that same reaction in my delts from a bad batch of prop. My whole arms swelled up for a week blue and purple.

Drywallstar's picture

Its all good bro. Im sure it will recover soon. We should start a link and label it wanna pin your calf? Smile
