female 40 weight loss & anti aging
I am so confused. I have been researching now for over two months and I can't figure out whats the best protocol for me to go with. I spoke to a source in China who sells their version of Jinotropin real and generic. I saw all chemical purity ratings from 95% to 99% pure HGH. But then I have been reading that I can just buy a cjc-1295 with dac and frag 176-191 for both anti aging and weight loss. Would I use the Jinotropin alone with nothing else or do you incorporate some of the Jinotropin with frag for example? Is Jinotropin more fast acting over 6 months or will I see results faster with quality cjc-1295 with dac and frag 176-191? Maybe I could also add in some tb500 for hair growth and tissue repair? Maybe clen for a bit? I need help? I can't get a answer from these companies because China wants you to buy theirs and these peptide companies won't discuss research chemicals. I want quick weight loss and I can wait for anti age to kick in. Please help. IF these are wrong what would you use?

Let me explain more about myself. I have always been thin most of my life. I lost my husbsnd and then I went through depression. I went to my doctor because I started looking old and gaining weight. He diagnosed me with hypothyroidism. I started the medication about 7 or 8 months ago. I do cardio aerobics about 3 times a week and I go biking 5-7 days a week. I usually exercise about 1-3 hours a day depending on time. I eat little to no carbs, no sugars, and I eat lots of vegtables and protein. I have been this way for most of my adult life. When I went back to my doctor I lost 2 lbs in 2 months and that was not because I gained muscle and fit back into my clothes. He told me thyroid levels were all fine and its just that after 40 its harder to loose weight. I know myself and my body. He is wrong. I thought if I tryed some hgh it would tighten my skin back up because its become very thin and my skin is dry. I hoped it would help me lost the weight or the frag 176-191 with the cjc-1295 with dac instead of hgh? I have no idea Maybe I should try t3 or clen? Anyone knowledgeable of what this could be? Thanks
How often are your 3 hour days? - you could likely be shooting yourself in the foot with too much work.
I'm all for lowering carbs and sugar, but maybe you're now too low and need to gradually add some back in? If you're nutrient deficient - you're body may be fighting you.
In my experience fat loss needs to be coaxed off the body - not necessarily a brute force approach.
Have you kept food logs?
Remember also - GH/Peptides, etc. are at minimum a 3 month commitment (preferably a 6-12 month run). But the idea is that they should work synergistically with your overall plan. Because, if you're relying solely on the ancillaries to get you through - what are you going to do when you go off of them?
Last but not least, your posts almost sound frantic - Everyone wants to be lean and mean yesterday (I'm no exception) but step back, take a deep breath & relax - no need to rush - remember the tortoise and the hare? =)
Man i just finished this diet im doing after a few weeks iv lost 6lbs in 2weeks and im not even fat, im 170lbs its SOOO DAM EASY! Literally a few months ago i lost 10lbs, then i binged for 4 weeks put on 4lbs and lost all that extra weight in like a week.
What i was doing was intermittent fasting, for some reason it gets bad publicity maybe becAuse people are scared of trying it, or they think its tough, but its one of the easiest things and fasted things iv ever tried to lose weight with.
Also i didn't lose any muscle because my lifts stayed the same.
Truth is, theres more effective and vast options out there other than taking a magic pill, you wont believe the results from intermittent fasting. Dont bump it, try it
NOT EFFECTIVE FOR RETAINING MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF MUSCLE
Please don't mind the abrasiveness of some of the members here. Maybe it would be more helpful if you told us a little about yourself? What is your current weight and what do you want to achieve? I would also recommend you look in the ladies lounge as there are many qualified females to discuss diet, exercise and compounds with you. This might be something as simple as a dietary adjustment or you may be a person who has a legit thyroid problem. Either way more info is needed by the community before advice can be given. Understand there are many people who come on here looking for a magic pill or cycle of some sort to make them thinner or bigger and stronger but do not want to do the research or hard work to attain their goal. The pill or cycle is only 10-15 % of the whole process the other 85-90 is in the kitchen and gym. People here will tell you this is a lifestyle and not a quick fix so that is why you may encounter some people who or short or snooty. Now how about some information as to your situation and or goals?
No1For weight loss get your diet in check as thats how you lose weight, not by taking some pill. and for anti aging im not experienced in that field so maybe someone will chime in
