Got this for free from steelhead !!!! Going to try it ! Anyone now how many mcg's the shit is because I ain't taking it till I know what each pill dosage is ?

i take diphenhydramine everynight at 8-9pm
above was a terribly incomplete description of how they effect me,,
when i take them i notice a definite increase in my respiratory function and i tend to sweat more, but i also feel like they give me a drive to work out harder, however they do have a side effect for me of making me not want to talk, like my throat doesn't want to use my voice box or something, not that i physically can't talk, just that my body would rather not talk.
