Working out on Empty stomach??? HELP.

.. Is it stupid to workout on and empty stomach??? If so why?

The reason i ask this is becuz all im doing is cutting right now so im just going to the gym to get a good pump and then im OUT..and the only time i have time to workout is mornings from 8am to 10am after that im at work all day and night.. Sometimes i dont have time to sit down and eat breakfast so i was thinking if its fine to workout on an empty stomach....

I gotta eat man. Its rough for me i get fatigued easily . Even if its something small you should eat. Give your body a little something to kick start that metabolism.
Apple,Banana, Carrot,Broccoli,Mixed Berries(I like the premixed frozen) ,Oatmeal,OJ,FlaxSeed, Honey,Protein Scoop, Ice And Milk. Blend Enjoy.
Tweel To the specific amount you want actually tastes amazing and it fills you up. Thats what I drink in the mornings if i am on the go. Ill drink it for a snack too.

I would only do this when waking, but you still need breakfest or a shake afterwords, you dont want to lose your muscles, especially with what your on, make the best out of it

The basic idea of working out is to push your body to the edge of catabolism. If your starting with an empty stomach, IMO, you could push yourself past that edge and experience some muscle loss. If you have a protein shake (mixed with water) and a handful of almonds an hour before your workout you will have more energy during your workout to burn fat. At the same time have the right kind of nutrients to protect against muscle loss.

Well im on a nice lil cut cycle right now..tren, prop and mast..will i still loose muscle?..
So u think at least a shake would be fine before the workout?

Probably have a more intense workout if you ate before, even if it was simple like a protein shake.. I'm cutting too, but I'm just too damn hungry when I wake up not to eat, I cut carbs after 2 so by the next morning I'm starving, don't know how you go all the way to 10am without eating

I sleep around 2am thats why bro.... So at least a shake would be fine?
