High blood pressure during pct

I'm having high blood pressure due to stress/ people.. I don't feel it until I'm in the gym, where I get really dizzy in the beginning of my work out. Any body here wants to help me out ? I ll forever be in ur debt .. This is serious , I been having some serious vertigos

Dizzyness could be from prami or Caber. Are you taking HGH and insulin? Slin can cause dizziness if your blood sugar gets low

High bp could be from a combination of things. Maybe you are having some water retention either from the meds, or high estrogen or something.

if it high estro, i should be able to see acne and bloating, i dont see neither, im not using HGH or slin, havent used it for about 8 weeks

have you tried apple cider vinegar? that shit works. I take 1 tbsp. with a glass of water and about an hour later my bp starts going down. the first week i would do 3 tbsp split through out the day. that should bring it down.

If all other supps fail I take aspirin and chug water.. Usually gets me feeling decent within an hour.. Have you tried bringing your heart rate up slowly before hitting it heavy in the gym?.. I had to do that on tren and if I did not I got dizzy or out of breath immediately.. I know your in pct but I'm also assuming you just got off of tren correct?

Yea I'm off all AAS .. I'm taking clomid / torem / and clen / caber & prami from time to time .. I ll try the aspirin . Never had this issue before so I'm be visiting the doctor soon

Good, hopefully the doc can sort things out... I know it should be out of your system in 3-5 days but I didn't eat normal until near the end of pct (When I say normal I mean stuff my face).. Maybe stay away from caber?? In some people it can cause your symptoms.. Lay off the caber and see if anything changes.. I don't think prami would cause those symptoms but I'm going to go check here in a sec. I really hope you get to feeling better man, let me know if anything changes.

thank u so much OmNom. i ll try it out, yes prami causes dizziness but its a wierd kind of dizziness like a hangover, i would know if it was the prami. but it might be the caber, i ll just start dropping stuff +2

Yeah hopefully it goes away and then we know caber isn't for you.. But I gotta ask why prami and caber together? Isn't that over kill?

I don't know why but when i read your reply I completely missed the clen part.. Drop or halve the dose on clen.. I don't even like it for PCT personally.. It suppresses your thyroid a bit

When I do use clen I take it in the morning to keep my metabolism going through out the day then work out at night when its worn off for the most part.. This way I avoid my heart wanting to beat out of my chest and finish the day burning off the rest of my fat before sleeping

i have high prolactin levels right now, i need to bring them down. according to the endo "they are normal" but it think they are a bit high. 15ng/dl

That's unreal that prami and caber combined haven't brought it down completely.. I recall you posting about anti depressants.. Some of them have been linked to high prolactin levels.. I don't know what you take but it'd prlly be worth bringing this up to your doctor.

well still going at it, i have done two cycles with 19nors in the past year, one with deca (which really messed me up) and another w/ tren..my meds actually lowers prolactin

Yeah I got the bad prolactin sides from deca too lol.. People play that off to be a safer steroid option but I find it to give about as many sides as tren at least in my case.. Hopefully your prolactin levels go down in time then.. They still aren't crazy high which is good

Could be from clomid the dizziness but u could also just be getting some anxiety.. iv had the same issues before not during pct though noticed soon after I started eating lil better and taking some different supplements co q10 fish oil pottasium and vitamins seems I started feeling better

I eat clean. It might the clomid but regardless I shouldn't be running out of breath during workouts

man how high is it? mine hit 150 from dehydration(on tren) and i didnt have problems like that...just a headache and lethargic. i take niacin, hawhorne berry, coq10, fish oils, and red rice yeast all to combat it but i think you should see your doc with symptoms like that
