You're likely gonna have to go the surgical route. It's been long enough that it's on more of a permanent level than that which is treatable by letro. What has your doctor said about it? You could give a letro protocol a shot to see what happens. You won't be out much money and it's far less invasive than surgery. I just think that it likely won't help much. Plus your estro levels may bottom out and cause other issues for you.
