+ 2 Had to take some advise and change up my routine

My arms have always lagged, I always approached them like everything else, my routine is one body part a day except on shoulder day I hit traps as well. After some comments from Polish and Gator and my son lol, I realized I needed to do something dif. So I started doing back and biceps, chest and triceps, and my normal just arms day. I also been hitting forearms every time I hit arms or arm parts. Seems to be working cause they are finally growing. Also I never used to hit forearms I counted on them getting enough work from other lifts. They have actually responded better than I ever thought they would, and really appreciate the advise I got from you guys! Thanks fellas. And thanks to my son for coming up with the new routine.

awesome progress sir keep pumping away. if you ever plateau on arms just hit me up, ive gotten some good workouts from some of the members saved and it always works wonders for busting through.
