This is a beginning shot of my back. It has always been one of my weakest points, but I've got 14 weeks with some hella good gear to work on that.

+1, by picking out your weakness you are one step closer to fixing it...IMO for good back growth mind muscle connection is crucial. I like pre exhausting with pullups and lat pull downs, wide and narrow. favorite exercise is doing drop sets on the tbar. It will really give you some width. Other than that I do deadlifts on the rack and finish with seated cable rows
