+ 2 T3,T4, and GH test

ad

10iu Inj into delt @ 6:57am, blood draw @ 10:09am.

As you can see the growth is GTG. I had no doubt the stuff was legit due to the harsh sides I was getting at 8iu daily, pretty rough. As for my T3/4 levels, Ive been taking 75mcg T4 ED along side my GH.

You left specific numbers that link directly to you such as specimen or control number and the location date and time of the test!

This is true but I'd say I'd have a 99.9% chance anybody has access to it. They can't give out clients information anyway. Thanks tho

You need to drop your dose I d go down to 30mcg

Give your logic behind it?

+1 Muta's Rips kick ass!

IMHO I'd like to see your Free T4 and Free T3 a bit higher and your TSH lower. Ever tested your RT3?

lordoftheoctagon's picture

Naw, I thought this test was proper. Do you understand how to read T3/4 levels?

He is an excellent man and an asset here!!! You aren't to bad either Muta ;))))))

Thanks, Muta. I appreciate the kind words.

Yeah we've been talking offline about it. He knows his shirt.

That's my job! ;-) I'm a retired anti-aging coach. The confusion comes from the fact that in anti-aging, we use different reference ranges than the standard lab references. We look for "optimal" not "normal" numbers. For example, optimal Free T4 should be between 1.5 and 2 ng/dL, Free T3 between 3 and 4.2 pg/mL and TSH should be below 2 and closer to 1 mU/L. Also, without a Reverse T3 (rT3) reading, you can't be sure the other numbers are the whole picture. I was just thinking you might have even better results from your program with some tweaking of your thyroid. If you FR and PM me, I can send you some reading material that you might find helpful or at least interesting.

It would be great if you could post some info on the forums ..so everyone can do some reading

Thanks... I'm working on it. I should have a comprehensive chart of OPTIMAL reference ranges for hormones (including adrenal), lipid panel, cholesterol and other independent cardiac risk factors in the next few days. There are a lot of great sources but nobody has put them all together yet as far as I can tell.

I hope you stick around brother...every board needs "real" medical advice. I have seen so many people with totally bad info over the last 15 yrs (NOT PERTAINING TO THIS POST JUST IN GENERAL). It would be extremely beneficial to all of us for both health and progress.

It would be great to have someone on board that has medical background...truly an asset..:) +1

At 64 sticking around is a major goal! lol ;-)

Just to be clear, I am not a doc and I highly recommend finding and working with one who is educated in the field of anti-aging medicine and open minded. I know that is a very difficult task but once you have found one and developed a good working relationship, you have taken a huge step in the right direction.

Having said that, you also need to be extremely well informed so that you can take ultimate responsibility for your own health and well being... Your doc is your employee and your tool to use for your benefit.
