What type of pins should i use for delts?

I havent used delt as an inj site in forever and prob used it one time.Is 23 g*1 inch fine?

Yes, that is fine.
I like using 1.5 inch for pretty much everything and 23g, but 25g is Ok as well and 1 inch is OK as well. I usually draw out with a 22g and change pins, never use the same pin as I draw out to inject.

I have like 50-75 23*1 already my next pinning is tommorow deciding whether i should do left glutes or left delt.
RustyhookerAs long as you use proper rotation. That's the key. You must have Hella low bf to glute pin with 1" pin. You can hit delts with 23. Slow inject for less pip.
I dont use 1 inch for glute.I use 1.5 inches.I meant i have tons of 1 inch pins i also have 1.5 inches just needles.
