Body fat guess? Too fat to cycle?

ad

Not sure what my body fat is but I feel like it's pretty high. What do you guys think it's at, is it too high for a test cycle? I recently cut from 215 and am about 190 now but not sure if I should keep cutting or not?

I'd stay away from long esters as you never want to take long esters when cutting. It just makes you look even bigger than you r. Keep the diet in check and cardio, Remember
Those two things come before gear. I'd say
Hit
Some test P, tren A, mast, and a little var and you should like your resukts

Hey those were my suggestions, but you forgot the Clen and DNP, He is cutting! Warning this is a joke

I'd say 18-20%.
Personally that BF is not too high to cycle IMHO. However, as some if these bros have already stated: I would say diet needs to be in check as well as training. Both you might want to work on best you can, first.
Good Luck bro.

20 to 25% If i was you I would think more about the time you have spent in the gym. Your joints take a huge load when you 1st start lifting. You need to be lifting for awhile before AAS as well. Bust your ass in the gym for a year and then reevaluate. Try out the stair stepper. Work your way up until you can go 4 hours a week on highest level. I would think of it as only needing to lose 30 pounds of fat. In a year you should be able to take your body and turn it into a head turner. You have a lot better base than some so be thankful. Also If you are on your 3rd cycle dose or opinion really matter?I would try to maintain muscle and cardio my ass to death. Sprints,30seconds to 1 minute then to 2 minute rounds on heavy bag, yoga, and that stair stepper.

sorry pic looks like you been lifting few weeks. maybe 4 months. I think I would hold off on cycle until I could figure out what I was doing so wrong that I was not getting gains. Has to be workout, diet,or sleep but something is very wrong for working out that long and not gaining muscle.

There's no reason not to have a good diet, and school is def. not an excuse. Buy 1-2 weeks worth of groceries and plan/cook all your meals out ahead of time so your prepared. I'm a full time student also but I keep my diet dead on, and so can you. It just takes some effort and planning ahead.

X2. I'd go for 18-20%

Maybe his stomach hair threw me off but I don't like using these photos as a reference just because different body types hold fat differently. Also, if he had more of a core it'd be a lot easier to tell. There's plenty of people at "20%" body fat with abs looking like 15% and vise versu. Maybe you're right and it's just hard to tell from the photo he posted.

Trenabolic's picture

Pics are never going to tell u true bodyfat, these are the closest I can find. People tend to think 15% bf is when abs start to show, not the case. The most accurate way to test bf is the water test.

I have that same picture and I've wondered about it. I'm thinking that the BF% numbers are at the lowest end of the range as viewed here. In other words someone may be a couple points higher than pictured and be accurate. What's your take?

Agreed
