+ 1 GAIN 1/2 Lb. to 1 Lb. A WEEK !

ad

I have a buddy that has not touched roids that has been on a simple diet that I am about to tell you, he has had noticeable gains and has reported to me that he has gained 1 pound for each week since he has started,

His stats:
Age: 25
Height: 5'-10'
Weight: 165 lbs
Bf%: 17

He started out weighing 155 lbs he was already working out consistently before he started the simple diet (not sure what else to call it). So here it is

He drank 1 gallon of WHOLE MILK a day. The weight he gained was lean he didn't change in body fat% at all.

So if you try it share your experience on here I am sure there are some curious people on here that want to see what others have for results including my self, Its pretty simple but expensive. Don't forget to add stats.

Instead of milk I would go with ensure or a generic equivalent. You can pack on the pounds drinking a few of these a day.

Interesting, I just started drinking a gallon of milk a day this week to increase caloric uptake. I suggest lactaid or a lactase enzyme supplement. The older we get, the less we produce naturally and the harder milk becomes to digest. Milk is for fattening up cows and kids after all.

Also, eat oatmeal, bran, or something high in fiber. Dairy can cause constipation issues if you aren't allergic and having the 'other' issue.

I can vouch for this. I have been lifting for almost a year this july and I started at 130lbs 5'8 and about 8%bf 20yo. Yes I was a skeleton but was all state athlete in many sports and was a semi-pro cyclist. Since then, I havnt touched the bike in a year now, did 6 meals a day and gradually got my calories up to 3200 a day and did a a half to a whole gallon a day and within 3 months I was up to 160 and pretty cut, 2 more months i was up to 170 and have been at 176 since, at 7%bf. I am no nutrition buff, but have a general idea. I will say this diet does work and my strength is through the roof, I also did very little cardio, it consisted of a pick up game of soccer a week for the first 3 months. I will say that I do have a very very fast metabolism, so that could be the reason it worked so well for me. My two cents, more than happy to show pictures if anyone would like.

The calories are there but I've read milk has high concentrations of estrogen and progesterone. For this reason I have significantly reduced my milk intake.

That theory is associated with Soy products. I personally have never heard it associated with cow or almond milk products.

In this article they specifically talk about cow's milk. They say it's not as much as we produce naturally in our bodies, but a gallon a day seems like it would add up quick.

http://www.livestrong.com/article/554285-does-milk-raise-estrogen-in-men/

In this one they also speak on soy products causing ED.

None of these articles seem to have hard numbers, but they do agree cow's milk increases estrogen.

I've never heard of this. where did you hear of it? is there anyone with a log or blog about it, tracking thier progress. i'm an ecto who started at 145lbs, 5'10". i'm now 205, but was 185 around 13% bf before first pin a couple years ago. i found that diet and calorie counting was the way to gain... i don't see this being beneficial at all. nothing beats counting protien, carbs, fats, and calories each day with sleep and lifting. i don't think this milk plan is the answer to any solid gains

Anabolic Wonder's picture

Do it with what ever you were doing before. I saw it with my own eyes shit works. If you eat 12 meals a day and don't see gains eat more more is the answer

I do this also but have been slacking lately. It is challenging to get it down, once you've been doing it for a while. At this point, I cringe at the sight of it. Same goes for oatmeal and cottage cheese; I hate them but eat it every day.

All that dairy must be rough on the kidneys how long you been doing it? any stats?

Muffins's picture

I've been doing this since November. I take AAS, so I can't claim the milk does anything but get me those extra calories. Kidneys are doing just fine. I was at the Urology office last week.
