ad
Just curious because ive tried many protein supps myself and would love to hear the opinions of my brothers and sisters here. What is, in your opinion, the absolute best post-workout Protein Supplement for building quality lean muscle and also the best Protein Supplement for bulking as far as brands are concerned??

AssUhlI recently tried the new Marked brand, I guess its made by Mark Wahlberg, but it tastes AMAZING! I couldn't believe the taste and we'll see the results I personally feel as the weeks go on......I'll be sure to keep updating on it.
LaTTTimer99My 2 cents - after years and years of personal experience and trial & error, for me I have found what works best:
Best 2 whey proteins I have found are Species Isolyze and Dymatize ISO-100 Whey Protein Hydrolysate.
Ultimately I feel that either Lana's Egg Whites and International Egg Whites are a must-have staple. Egg-whites are absorbed and utilized by your body to a greater degree than supplements alone - either of these 2 brands are clutch. You can also "supposedly" improve utilization of your shakes and meals by taking digestive enzymes before your shakes / meals.
You've probably heard it a million times already, but so much of your results come from food - your diet. Solid foods should be the staple, and whey shakes are typically best pre-workout, post-workout, and in the middle of the night or immediately upon waking.
Also, for me anyways, BCAA's give me greater recovery & results than whey protein alone.
AssUhlI agree my friend, Dymatize does have great products....I personally know one of their fitness models who swears by them of course, but I've used them as well and really liked them. For BCAA I prefer ON(Optimum Nutrition)...they make all amazing products...
ISO-100 is great shit. Haven't tried Species.

Hey brother, In my experience.. the cheaper is just as good. I buy about 5 containers of body fortress protein from walmart a month. $15 a piece and 26grams of protein per scoop.
I used to buy the expense stuff but I started buying this and saw no difference in gains to be honest. Maybe a slightly worse taste but nothing some good ol' peanut butter can't fix.
It's fairly well known that Body Fortress does not meet the nutritional label. The last test I saw it had about 1/3 the amount of protein the label said it had.
My bad. It's allegedly half.
