During the Winter EBC I learned a lot about nutrition adjustment, and am ready to put that information to work! (EDIT) is putting my attack plan together and I am about to embark on my journey to NPC Old Man dominance! Otherwise known as the Masters Class! Its gonna take hard work and lots of nutrition but I'm ready! If this doesn't turn out the way I expect, there is always Physique! LOL ;-P

Any idea what weight class you may fall into? I understand just condition the shit out of yourself and see where you fall.
I've been looking the the NPC rules but the weight classes confuse me. lol
Nah, 50+ if they run that class! One contest I'm looking at said they will have subdivisions\overall winner dependent on participation in the classes.
Good luck bro! I want to do one too if I can get lean enough. Hope the EBC helps me get there! The npc rules confuse me. looks like a contest coming up in my parts masters is 35+ then theres 45+ and 55+. im not sure. since its not a qualifier looks like just 3 weight classes.
You can always get lean enough if you want to. The EBC can help motivate you to get places you've never been. Take a closer look, the 35+, 45+, Master classes I've seen have been for women.
