Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkGood starting point. I'd put some time in on the delts, get you wider up top and get the X going. Wide at the top, thin in the middle a lil wide at the hips and thighs. Hour glass figure they used to call it for women.
AnonI have a perfectly symetrical hourglass figure right now. I just want to lose the fat. I know if I lose a little off my belly and hips I wont be as symetrical from top to bottom. I want to keep as many curves possible. I don't like the stick look. I love working out my back, It always feels so good when I do.
Please don't stop hitting it hard. It does a body good.
