Estrogen gyno needs AIs and SERMs to be treated, or surgery
Prolactin gyno need Primipexole , cabergoline or bromocriptine (dopamine agonists), or surgery
you can prevent gyno in some cases with correct ancillary use, but once the formation of breast tissue forms yes it can be shrunk with a letrozole run but surgical removal is the only way to fully remove the tissues.
