Before touching weights
ad
Decided to post pics of me before ever touching weights this was around 2 years ago. I decided i wanted to start working out and once i got into it i loved it. i was 22 Yrs old 130 5'7 about 8% bf as you can see no muscle at all. Naturally went up, ate like a a lot to the point i would almost puke. in a year and a half i went to 170 about 12%bf. Second pics are at 170. then decided on a first proper cycle. went up to 190. currently on second cycle (test-e and dbol) legs are current. will post recent pics once i control this damn bloat dbol is giving me. I have tried drinking up to 2 gal a day, reducing salt to none and keeping my adex at .25 EOD I'm going to try ED see if that works well for me.

Lift heavy and eat heavy. How much time do you spend in the gym? A lot of people will disagree with this but I spend absolutely no more than a hour in the gym when I'm trying to bulk. After I warm up I start doing 80% of my max. I bust it and get the hell out of there. I eat no later than 20 mins after I finish. After you work-out you need to get some sugar in you to help rebuild your muscles.(powerade,Gatorade). You have about and hour to get those muscles fed so eat.
iroids1i spend about 1hr 5days a week in the gym i eat 4500 cal clean foods only. the only problem i have would be that i can't go to max, or even 70% on bench or military presses or any other heavy shoulder exercise because then i begin to have shoulder problems. its difficult to build my chest and shoulders without injuring it, i have to keep the weights low at 50-60% 15-20 reps to keep the problems away. Its only my left shoulder that gives me problems. I have tried dumbbells only, presses on a medicine ball to restrict range of motion, and going slower focusing on the contraction, but its when my left shoulder gets fatigued and begins to hurt at the joint. This is not a problem for my right shoulder though. Do you have any recommendations to that would help?
AnonMy only advice is to eat, eat and eat, remember your muscles cant grow if you don't feed them.. Sleep helps a lot to believe it or not.
MilKmAnimma be honest with you my man. your going on your second cycle but yet you don't look like it. If it is working for you then by all means keep going, but i feel that you should get comfortable with the weights, different exercises, and muscles in your body. I've been lifting for almost 5 years and still to this day learning how my body reacts to certain movements and exercises. Your quads do look on point though!!
iroids1constructive criticism is always accepted thanks, the pictures that you see are before any cycles. sorry for the crappy write up if thats what it seems like. the second picture is before any cycle, although i understand it was still not a good base to start a cycle. I will post pics of current progress, thanks for your input.
