shaping up little by little i am do for a calorie cut in my diet this coming week so will see how it works BTW i am feeling like crap now ah day and started to get really cold all the time wonder if any one else gets cold while cutting down

Better that way then to be waiting for equipment. I have a membership to two gyms and I still workout at home where I got all my stuff from Craigslist.
