So Mex has been helping me out with what and how much I should be eating day to day, I think it's made a big difference in gains. I'm starting to burn out, so I'm gonna take the next 2 weeks off from the weight room. Since I hooked up with Mex, I've gained 10 solid pounds in 3 weeks.

listen to your body you might need the rest and it will just help you pack on more weight when you take time off since your not burning all the extra cals keep it clean on your time off this is only going to rejuvenate you wrath.
That's exactly what I'm hoping for, I'm gonna keep it real clean over the next couple weeks. I'm just gonna try to get in some good quality sleep, and go hard once I get back to it.
